Car Radar Bracket

A radar sensor cannot be glued directly to the bumper. It needs a bracket. That bracket must be precise. If the angle is off by just one degree, the radar will measure wrong. Our car radar bracket solves this problem.

The product looks simple. It is a plastic ring with a few clips. But the requirements are high. First, the size must be accurate. The mounting angle of the radar sensor must match the car body. We control the product tolerance to ±0.1 millimeter.

Second, the material must be stable. Ultrasonic signals must not be weakened. We use PA6 with 30% glass fiber for the product. This material is strong and lets signals pass through well. Third, the surface must be painted.

The car radar bracket must match the bumper color so it becomes invisible. We have made this product for many years. We have supplied the product to Great Wall, Changan, and BYD. Our 34 years of injection experience help with material selection, mold design, and process control.

You can also send a third party to inspect. For custom development, you send a drawing or sample. We give samples in 50 days. Our R&D team can help you analyze wall thickness, gate location, and ejector pin placement. This reduces warpage and sink marks. Minimum order is 10,000 pieces.
