Car Control Box

This product is not simple. A car control box holds the circuit board. It contains a PCB, electronic parts, and potting glue for waterproofing. We make the complete product assembly. Where is the product used? In door modules, seat modules, air conditioning modules. Anywhere you need control, there is a box.

Our product uses PA6+GF30 or PC+ABS. PA6+GF30 is strong and good for heavy loads. PC+ABS is tough and good for ultrasonic welding.

What processes do we use for the car control box? We inject the housing. We do vacuum coating for shielding. We pot the box with glue for waterproofing. We also etch the circuit boards ourselves. You can give us the complete design, and we deliver a finished product.

We have 34 years of history. Our factory is 5,000 square meters with 80 workers and more than 20 technical staff. We run over 60 machines. We have IATF16949. Every step has an inspection. Circuit boards go through AOI inspection. Potting is 100% tested for airtightness. You can also send a third party to inspect the product.
