Product Development & Engineering
We develop injection-molded parts, plastic gears, stamped components, electronic assemblies, and related products from drawings, samples, or functional requirements. Each project moves through engineering review, structural development, tooling, and sample verification before production.

Development begins with a review of the drawing, 3D file, physical sample, and application conditions. Critical dimensions, assembly interfaces, operating requirements, and manufacturing feasibility are confirmed before tooling begins. Structural conflicts or incomplete specifications are resolved during this stage.
Materials are selected according to mechanical load, temperature, wear, electrical requirements, and the working environment. The product structure is then refined around wall thickness, support features, fastening points, gear geometry, enclosure layout, and dimensional tolerances. The confirmed design is recorded in the final 3D model and technical drawing.


Tooling Development
Injection molds, stamping tools, and assembly fixtures are developed according to the confirmed product design. Tool structure, cavity dimensions, material flow, cooling, ejection, and forming positions are reviewed before trial production. Trial results are used to adjust the tooling until the parts meet the approved specifications.
Sample Verification
First samples are checked against the approved drawing for dimensions, appearance, assembly fit, and functional performance. Any deviation is recorded, corrected, and verified again. Production begins only after the sample and technical specifications have been approved.
