Quality Management
Our IATF 16949 quality system connects supplier verification, first-article approval, process inspection, functional testing and lot-based release for injection-molded, stamped and assembled automotive components.
01 / INPUT
Incoming Control
Material identity, supplier
documents and purchase batch are verified before issue.
02 / PROCESS
Production Control
Approved samples, process settings and patrol records define the production baseline.
03 / RELEASE
Release Control
Inspection results, labels and packaging are reviewed before shipment authorizatio

Incoming Material Verification
Resin, metal parts and electronic components enter production only after lot identification and document review.
- Material grade and label matched to supplier documents and purchase batch.
- Packaging condition, quantity and visible defects checked at receipt.
- Unverified or mismatched material placed on hold and separated from released stock.
In-Process Inspection
Checks are performed at startup, after tool or material changes, and during scheduled patrols.
- Machine and process parameters recorded against the active job.
- Critical dimensions, appearance and assembly interfaces sampled at defined intervals.
- Abnormal output isolated by production time and lot before correction and restart.

Measurement tools, gauges, fixtures and dedicated test stations are selected by product function and drawing requirements.
- Gear and structural-part dimensions checked against controlled drawings.
- Switch, lock and electronic assemblies tested for operation and interface performance.
- Results linked to the inspection lot for final review.
Batch Traceability and Final Release
Lot records connect each shipment to its material and production history.
- Raw material lot, production date, equipment or line, inspection record and product lot remain connected.
- Final review covers inspection status, quantity, labels, packaging and unresolved dispositions.
- Shipment release is recorded only after required checks are complete.
