Precision Injection Molding
Production covers plastic gears, car keys, handle parts, trim, fuel-cap components and structural housings. Materials include PA, POM, PBT, PC, PMMA, ABS and other specified thermoplastics.
- Material drying, tooling setup and first-piece approval precede continuous production.
- Tooth profiles, critical dimensions, appearance and mating features are checked to approved drawings.
- Molded parts proceed to hardware fitting, secondary processing or final assembly as required.
Stamping and Hardware Processing
Metal processing produces clips, brackets, conductive pieces and hardware used with molded automotive parts and electronic modules.
- Die selection follows part geometry, material thickness and production volume.
- Burr direction, hole position, forming angle and surface condition are inspected before use.
- Stamped and molded components are matched through gauges and fit verification.
Electronic Module Assembly
PCB or coil components are combined with molded housings, connectors, terminals and lead wires for automotive key, kick-sensor and related electromechanical products.
- Work instructions define terminal position, polarity, fastening sequence and wire routing.
- Housing fit, connector engagement and component placement are checked at the station.
- Completed units receive continuity or functional verification before packing.
Quality Inspection
Inspection covers incoming material, molding, stamping, assembly and final release under the IATF 16949 quality system.
- First-piece and patrol inspection verify dimensions, appearance and process condition.
- Fit, assembly status and function are checked against approved drawings and samples.
- Nonconforming parts are isolated, recorded and traced to the production lot.
