We use PA6 or PC for product. PA6 resists wear. It is good for moving parts. PC is strong. It fits load-bearing parts. We choose the material based on function. Our precision is within 0.05 mm. This accuracy gives a good button feel. No looseness or wobble.

We have 34 years of history. Our factory is 5,000 square meters. We have 80 workers, and more than 20 are technical or QC staff. We own over 60 injection molding machines. You may care about quality control. We have IATF16949. During production, we do first-piece inspection and patrol inspection. For critical dimensions, we use vision inspection machines. You can also send a third party to check. We cooperate.
