Some customers ask us: what is the difference between a one-key start switch and a regular starter switch? The difference is in the structure. A regular starter switch needs a key to be inserted and turned.

Our wireless remote starter switch is that traditional rotary type. It is used in some older car models. It is also used in commercial vehicles and construction machines. The user puts the key in and turns once. The car powers on. Turn again, and the engine starts.

This car one key start switch has many contacts inside. Each contact position must be accurate. When you turn the key, you need a clear click feeling. That click tells you the position is reached. How do we guarantee that feel? Through mold precision and material choice.

The housing is PC or PA6. PC resists heat well. PA6 is strong. Internal parts are PBT or POM. PBT resists arcing, so contact points do not burn. POM is self-lubricating, so turning is smooth. We have 34 years of experience. This material knowledge is real.

We have supplied the wireless remote starter switch to General Motors, BYD, and Geely. We have IATF16949. On the production line, we do first-piece inspection and patrol inspection. We use vision machines to check contact positions. Before packing, we do full or sample inspection based on standards. Our factory has 5,000 square meters of workspace. We have 80 workers, more than 20 technical staff, and over 60 injection machines. Monthly capacity is 3 million shots.For large orders, our delivery is on time.
