First, the feel must be good. You need a clear click when pressing. Not too soft. Not too hard. We adjust the feel through button structure and springs.

Second, the appearance must be good. The center console is seen every day by the car owner. We do two-shot injection molding for the car center console buttons. Soft rubber is used for the button surface. Hard plastic is used for the structure.

The surface gets vacuum coating. Characters are laser engraved. They never wear off. Third, the backlight must be even. At night, every character should have the same brightness. We have worked on many car models. We have the experience to get the product right.

We use PC/ABS or PA6 for the car center console buttons. PC/ABS is tough and good for appearance parts. PA6 is strong and good for structural parts. Surface finishing includes vacuum coating, laser engraving, and painting. You choose based on the car model. Customer cases include General Motors, BYD, and Geely. Their center console buttons have our supply.

We test button force. We test backlight brightness uniformity. You can also send a third party to inspect. Custom development takes 50 days for samples. Minimum order is 10,000 pieces.
