AC To DC Conversion
This automotive electronic modules converts AC to DC. The input voltage range is AC 20V to 35V, and the maximum output is DC 30V with an accuracy of ±0.5V, meaning the output will fall between 29.5V and 30.5V.
A customer who manufactures car refrigerators tested this module. His compressor required a stable 30V DC supply. With this module, the voltage remained steady even when the compressor started, which helped the refrigerator cool faster.
Small And Tough
This automotive electronic modules has a compact size of 44 x 46 x 21.8 mm, slightly larger than a matchbox. The shell is made of PA+GF (nylon with glass fiber), making it durable and resistant to cracks from impact. The color is black.
The module features low ripple and low noise, where ripple refers to small voltage fluctuations. We measured the ripple to be less than 50 mV, ensuring that if you connect a radio, you won't hear any buzzing noises.
Temperature And Humidity Range
The working temperature range for this automotive electronic modules is -20°C to 60°C, and the storage temperature range is -30°C to 85°C. It operates within a humidity range of 30% to 85% RH, which covers typical car conditions.
Although no-load voltage is not specified, we tested it and found that the output stays consistently around 30V without drifting when there is no load.
We have our own stamping and injection molding workshops, where we manufacture the PA+GF shell ourselves. The module passed a drop test from 1 meter onto concrete without any cracking. We offer a 2-year warranty for this product.
