Bluetooth Car Remote Control

This Bluetooth car remote control is compact and easy to carry. It features a 1.3-inch TFT color screen with a resolution of 240 × 240. It fits comfortably in your hand. The color is black and silver gray, and the shell is made of ABS plastic. There are three control buttons: on, off, and page turning. There is also a side button for power control.

We tested this Bluetooth car remote control with a customer who manufactures roof-mounted TVs. He used it to turn the rear TV on and off and to change programs. The Bluetooth version is 5.1 LE, which helps save power.

This Bluetooth car remote control is equipped with a 400 mAh lithium battery and offers long battery life on a full charge. In our tests, with 50 button presses per day, it can run for up to 3 months. The charging port is Type-C. The maximum charging current is 0.5C, allowing it to fully charge in about 2 hours.

The remote control distance exceeds 50 meters in open space, so you can operate devices inside the car even when standing outside. The storage temperature range is -30°C to 80°C, and the working temperature range is -20°C to 60°C. Even inside a car on a hot summer day, when temperatures can reach 60°C, this remote control will not warp or fail.

The antenna is built in, so there is no need to pull out an external wire. We refined the button feel many times to ensure each press provides a clear click. It is neither too hard nor too soft. The side button controls the power on and off. When not in use for long periods, you can turn it off to save battery.

We have our own injection molding workshop, and the ABS mold was made in-house. The gap between shell parts is less than 0.15 mm, creating a smooth finish with no noticeable edges. We have produced similar remote control housings for ChangAn, which tested 5,000 button presses without any issues.
