Motorcycle Control Module

This motorcycle control module is designed to control a generator. It contains a 24BYJ48 stepper motor that operates on DC 12V, with a gear ratio of 1/16. The input voltage range is DC 12V to 25V, making it compatible with both 12V and 24V generators.

We installed this control module for a diesel generator customer, who used it to regulate the throttle opening. The module adjusts the engine speed based on the load, resulting in a 15% fuel savings compared to manual adjustments.

The standby current of this control module is below 15 mA, and the low power mode draws less than 1 mA. When the generator is not running, the module consumes almost no power. Its working temperature range is -30°C to 85°C, with the same storage temperature range. Humidity must be kept below 70%.

The module's black shell features an external antenna, and its compact size (80.4 x 61.2 x 22 mm) allows it to easily fit inside the generator's control box.

Firmware updates are done via OTA (over-the-air), meaning you can update the module's firmware using Bluetooth without opening the shell. The Bluetooth version is BLE 5.0, providing fast connections and low power consumption. We tested the module with a phone app, and the firmware update only took 2 minutes.

If an update fails, the module automatically reverts to the previous version, so it won't become unusable. With 34 years of experience in mold manufacturing and compliance with the IATF16949 standard, we provide a 2-year warranty for this product.
