The Multi-Function Display Meter is an elongated vehicle display that presents operating data and warning information in a single line. It is installed in narrow dashboard areas, special vehicles, trucks, construction equipment, and auxiliary control panels where a conventional square instrument does not fit.

The long, low-profile display fits beneath center consoles, beside air vents, and inside slim control panels. A 12 o'clock viewing direction keeps the data visible when the driver looks downward from the normal seating position.

8 to 85 V DC Operating Range

The meter can be used in 12 V and 24 V vehicles and remains functional across a wide supply window. One display platform can therefore cover passenger vehicles, trucks, and special equipment without separate voltage versions.

Serial Data, Dedicated Alarm LEDs, and Bluetooth OTA

A 4-pin port and an 8-pin port connect the meter to the controller through serial communication. Separate LEDs indicate normal operation, overload, and oil alarm states, while Bluetooth 5.1 enables firmware updates without dismantling the dashboard.

Customization Capabilities

Display Data and Alarm Presentation
Numerical fields, units, icons, color zones, start-up screens, alarm thresholds, and the sequence of displayed values can be defined for the monitored system.

Protocol and Connector Definition
Serial protocol, data scaling, refresh timing, 4-pin and 8-pin assignments, connector type, cable length, and controller-side message rules can be matched to the vehicle electronics.

Mechanical Layout
Screen length, bezel profile, mounting structure, housing color, logo, and dashboard opening can be adjusted for the available panel space.

Quality Control

Display Map Approval
Each segment, numerical field, icon, and alarm light is activated against the approved display map. Missing segments, incorrect colors, and mismatched warning states are rejected before production continues.

Serial Communication Verification
Defined serial messages are sent through the approved connector interface to confirm data mapping, refresh response, and alarm activation. Connector seating and pin assignment are checked at the same station.

Firmware and Final Assembly Release
Bluetooth connection, OTA installation, restart behavior, bezel fit, housing assembly, and final appearance are checked before packing. First-piece approval and patrol checks keep the production version aligned with the approved sample.
