Most of our orders are for grade 8 and grade 9. This precision makes the gear teeth fit better. Power loss is smaller. Our factory has IATF16949 certification. This is a hard standard in the car industry. It means our production follows international rules.

We have our own R&D team. More than 20 technical and management staff work here. They have over ten years of experience. You give us a drawing, and we can make it. We support OEM customization. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces.

We also accept mixed colors or models in one MOQ. That helps you to try an order. Our factory has over 60 injection molding machines. Monthly capacity is 3 million shots. So large orders can be delivered on time. We have weekly production meetings. That is how we make sure we do not delay delivery. We do first-piece inspection and machine vision inspection.
