Our company is Ningbo Xinyu Auto Electronics. We focus on injection molded gears. This plastic reduction gear is one of our main products. What does a do? It lowers the motor speed. At the same time, it increases the output torque.

Simply put, the motor goes slower but has more force. Window lifts, wiper motors, and seat adjusters all have this plastic reduction gear inside. We use POM and PA6. These two materials have good strength and self-lubrication. So the gear runs with low noise.

Our machining precision is grade 8 to grade 11. In mass production, we focus on grade 8 and grade 9. This precision ensures smooth gear transmission. No sticking or strange noise.

Our factory has 34 years of history.We grew from a small workshop to a 5,000-square-meter modern base. Fixed assets are over 40 million RMB. Annual output value is also over 40 million RMB. These numbers are real. We have over 60 injection molding machines. Monthly capacity is 3 million shots. So we are not worried about large orders.

You may care about customization. We have our own R&D team. More than 20 technical staff have over ten years of experience. You give a drawing or a sample, and we can make a mold for you. Custom sample lead time is about 50 days.

We support OEM and ODM. From design to mass production, we can do it. Our quality system is IATF16949. Many small factories cannot get this certification. We did it. Before packing, we do full inspection or sampling based on product requirements.

You can also ask a third party to inspect. For payment, regular is full prepayment. Large orders can get discounts. We accept USD, EUR, RMB, GBP, AUD, CAD, KRW, RUB. Trade terms are EXW and FOB.
