POM has high stiffness for torque transfer. PA6 has good toughness for shock loads. You choose based on your need.

Our precision control is grade 8 to grade 11. Small gears are most afraid of low precision. Low precision can cause teeth to slip or get stuck. We mainly produce grade 8 and grade 9. That ensures smooth meshing. We have IATF16949 certification. This is a hard standard in the car industry.

Our factory is 5,000 square meters with 80 employees. More than 20 are technical and quality control staff. We have weekly production meetings to plan production. So delivery dates are very reliable.
