Small plastic brackets are compact mounting and support parts for phone holders, kitchen organizers, shelf supports, appliance assemblies, electronics, and light equipment, positioning or carrying another component through screw holes, snap joints, adhesive mounting, or molded engagement features.

PP Loads up to 5 kg and PA6 Loads up to 15 kg
PP is used for flexible light-load brackets up to about 5 kg. PA6 is used for structures developed for loads up to about 15 kg. Under sustained static load, the selected resin and wall section help limit cracking and permanent creep.
Ribs Direct Force into the Mounting Points
Gussets, ribs, and fillets connect the supported area to the fixing points. If the load sits away from the wall or panel, force follows this reinforced path instead of twisting the bracket around a single screw hole.
Optional V0 or V2 Material Grade
V0 or V2 flame-retardant resin can be selected for brackets fitted near electrical parts. The specified grade limits flame propagation while the bracket maintains the required mounting geometry inside the enclosure.

Customization
The bracket can be specified for length, angle, wall thickness, rib layout, hole spacing, screw, snap or adhesive mounting, PP or PA6 material, working-load target, V0 or V2 resin grade, use-temperature requirement, color, and molded texture.
Quality Control
Approval uses a fixture that reproduces the mating part, mounting points, and load direction. Critical angles, holes, and warpage are measured before samples are tested under static load to the project target. Flame-rated orders use traceable resin documentation, with material or burn verification added when the agreed inspection plan requires it.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Payment is made in full before production.
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Lead time depends on quantity, mold status, material grade, and inspection requirements. A new custom sample normally requires about 50 days.
Q: Can the standard bracket be used above 15 kg?
A: No. Loads above the stated PA6 range need a separate review of the structure, material, and mounting method. The bracket is not approved for the higher load until the complete installation passes validation.
Q: Does adhesive mounting carry the same load as screw mounting?
A: No. Adhesive strength changes with the pad, bonded area, surface material, preparation, and temperature. An adhesive-mounted version therefore needs a separate load target from a screw-mounted bracket.
