Material, Color, and Texture
POM, PA, PP, ABS, and other moldable resins can be selected according to stiffness, flexibility, surface feel, and target load. Pantone colors, matte or gloss texture, and multi-part color combinations can be developed.

Brand and Attachment Integration
Raised or recessed logos, molded symbols, printed marks, ring interfaces, cord loops, and mating accessory dimensions can be incorporated into the mold design.

Quality Control

First-Piece Geometry Approval
First pieces are checked against the approved sample for hook opening, gate return, lower-eye dimensions, and mating fit before continuous production begins.

Cycle and Load Verification
Validation samples complete repeated opening cycles and are then pull-tested at the approved application load. The baseline light-accessory version must remain connected at 50 N with no separation.

In-Process and Final Molding Inspection
Patrol checks cover short shots, flash, sink marks, and stress whitening around the gate and lower eye. Gate trimming, color consistency, and final closing action are confirmed before release.
