FRPP resists fatigue and common cleaner or personal-care liquids from approximately pH 3 to pH 11. A 10,000-stroke test checks return movement, dosage, and leakage after repeated operation.

The bottle-neck and closure dimensions, actuator shape, output volume, piston and cylinder geometry, valve interfaces, FRPP specification, color, texture, and molded branding can be developed around the approved bottle and liquid requirement.
Quality Control
Dedicated gauges check piston and cylinder dimensions before the parts are fitted into an approved reference assembly. Output is measured over repeated strokes. Leakage is checked at the closure and pump core, and return action is observed with a liquid in the intended viscosity range. Selected assemblies complete the 10,000-cycle test before release.

A: No. A foamer needs a separate air-liquid mixing chamber and mesh structure. It is a different pump system, not a standard pump changed only at the actuator or outlet.
