Pump-chamber volume and piston travel are set for an output from 0.1 ml to 2.0 ml per stroke. Each press dispenses a controlled amount for hand soap, lotion, sanitizer, or detergent packaging.

Piston-to-Cylinder Gap of 0.05-0.08 mm

The piston-to-cylinder sliding clearance is held between 0.05 mm and 0.08 mm. The piston moves without sticking while keeping the sealing contact needed to limit liquid leakage and air entry.

10,000 Strokes with pH 3-11 Liquids

FRPP resists fatigue and common cleaner or personal-care liquids from approximately pH 3 to pH 11. A 10,000-stroke test checks return movement, dosage, and leakage after repeated operation.

Quality Control

 

Dedicated gauges check piston and cylinder dimensions before the parts are fitted into an approved reference assembly. Output is measured over repeated strokes. Leakage is checked at the closure and pump core, and return action is observed with a liquid in the intended viscosity range. Selected assemblies complete the 10,000-cycle test before release.

A: The standard factory scope covers the molded plastic components. Springs, balls, valves, and other purchased parts are included only when listed in the assembly specification.

Q: Can the same pump structure be used for foaming products?

A: No. A foamer needs a separate air-liquid mixing chamber and mesh structure. It is a different pump system, not a standard pump changed only at the actuator or outlet.
