The PVC Push Button is an injection-molded button cap that transfers finger force to an underlying switch and provides the visible operating surface of the assembly. It is used in vehicle keys, dashboard controls, home appliances, and industrial control interfaces.

The controlled clearance limits side movement while leaving enough space for free return. In narrow key housings and multi-button switch panels, the cap moves without rubbing adjacent parts or sticking after repeated presses.

Push force and travel can be matched to the switch structure and intended finger feel. Light-touch appliance keys, firmer vehicle controls, and short-travel remote buttons can therefore use different tactile settings without changing the complete product architecture.

Two-shot molding, vacuum coating, painting, and laser engraving create contrasting symbols and wear surfaces directly on the cap. In frequently handled key and dashboard positions, the selected process keeps the marking aligned with the molded geometry.

Geometry and Switch Fit
Outer shape, guide ribs, clips, pivot points, underside actuator height, clearance, force, and travel can be matched to drawings, switch samples, or the mating housing.

Material and Color
PC/ABS and PA6 are available for different stiffness, impact, and guiding requirements. Body color, translucent areas, masterbatch, and texture can be matched to the surrounding key or control panel.

Surface and Symbol Definition
Paint system, vacuum-coated finish, two-shot color split, laser-engraved symbol, gloss level, and brand marking can be specified for the required appearance and illumination method.

Quality Control

First-Piece Dimensional Approval
First pieces are checked for the approved resin and color, critical guide dimensions, and fit with the mating housing or switch fixture before continuous production begins.

In-Process Molding Inspection
Patrol checks focus on flash or short shots, deformation around guiding features, and defects in painted, coated, or laser-marked surfaces. Parts outside the approved sample are removed from the batch.

Force and Cycle Verification
Push force is measured with a force gauge, and validation samples complete at least 50,000 actuations. Return speed, sticking, and symbol condition are inspected after cycling before the batch is released.
