Plastic strap handles are compact molded grips for vehicle door panels, storage boxes, drawers, cabinets, and equipment covers, spanning two mounting points to provide a hand-contact area for pulling, lifting, or opening the attached panel or container.

The material and rib structure are designed for temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. The mounting fit remains stable after cold storage, cabin heating, and repeated temperature changes.
Finish Matched to the Visible Surface
Chrome plating, paint, or matte natural molding can be applied to the defined exterior areas. The finish is controlled at the grip edges and outer face, where scratches, uneven coverage, and other variation are easy to see after repeated hand contact.

Quality Control
A mounting fixture reproduces the specified hole spacing, fastener stack, and panel support. Setup checks cover warpage, grip dimensions, and the location of inserts or concealed fixings. Samples are pulled to the agreed load. Plated, painted, and matte surfaces are inspected separately for adhesion, coverage, scratches, and edge defects.

Q: How are finished handles packed?
A: Natural molded handles are packed in bags and cartons. Painted or plated handles use protective sleeves, separated trays, or individual cells to prevent face-to-face abrasion.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: Lead time depends on the order quantity, mold status, material, and finish process. New custom samples normally require about 50 days.
Q: Is the 250 N result valid for every mounting setup?
A: No. The result depends on the hole spacing, fasteners, panel support, and handle section. Load validation is completed on the approved mounting condition rather than on an unsupported handle alone.
Q: Can left-hand and right-hand handles be packed as matched sets?
A: Yes. Left-hand, right-hand, mirrored, or other position-specific handles can be identified and packed as matched sets when the assembly locations and set quantities are included in the packing specification.
