Quality Control
The supplier COA is checked before food-grade PC is released for production. Setup approval uses the customer cup, with rim and bead measurements followed by a one-minute inverted water test. Development samples are conditioned at the specified service temperatures. Before nesting and packing, production lots are inspected for incomplete rims, stress marks, warpage, coating defects, and contamination.
