Customization
Customization includes knob diameter and height, D-shaft, spline or knurled bore, grip texture, pointer position, rotation-torque target, PC or PC/ABS material, translucent zones, two-shot construction, painting, vacuum coating, laser marking, and color.
Quality Control
Master shaft gauges are used to approve the bore profile and retention fit. Torque is recorded after assembly, and selected samples complete rotation-life testing on the specified shaft. Backlit versions are checked with the approved light source. Painted, coated, and laser-marked surfaces are inspected for position, adhesion, color, and visible defects.
