Plastic Eye Glass Case

This plastic eye glass case holds your glasses. It has a hard shell. The inside may have velvet. We make the outer shell. The material is PP or PE.

Why PP or PE? Because they are medium hard. Too hard and the case cracks when dropped. Too soft and it does not protect the glasses. Our plastic eye glass case is injection molded in one shot. It has two parts: top and bottom. There is a hinge in the middle. The hinge is very important. It must open and close thousands of times without breaking.

Our hinge design is a living hinge. No metal pin. The plastic itself connects the two parts. We control the thickness and material toughness. We have 34 years of injection molding experience. We know living hinges well.

We can paint the outside. We can also add a leather texture. It looks like leather and feels nice. The inside can have velvet or EVA liner. We do not make the liner, but we have partner factories.

You can get the full set from us. Our factory is 5000 square meters. 80 workers. Over 60 machines. Monthly capacity is 3 million shots. Minimum order is 10,000 pieces. You can mix colors. Common colors are black, brown, red, and blue. We make any color you want.

Quality: we hold IATF16949. We do first-piece inspection and patrol checks. We test the hinge on every batch. 5000 open-close cycles with no break means it passes.
