Matched Seal for the Bottle Neck
The supplied bottle neck is used to set the thread, sealing land, and inner contact diameter. During an inverted test lasting 24 hours, the sealing area must remain in even contact with the neck to prevent leakage.
Opening Torque of 1-3 N·m
Thread engagement and wall thickness are set to maintain an opening torque of 1-3 N·m. This keeps the cap seated during handling and transport while allowing manual opening.
Food-Grade PE Construction
Food-grade PE has enough flexibility for thread engagement and repeated tightening. On automatic or manual capping lines, it accommodates minor neck variation without splitting at the rim or losing sealing contact.

Quality Control
Before molding, the food-grade PE lot documentation is checked. The setup sample is fitted to the matched bottle to verify thread engagement, cap roundness, sealing contact, and opening torque. Production records include torque samples and dimensional checks. Released lots are also checked for flash, short shots, warped rims, and leakage after 24-hour inverted testing.
