Hard Plastic Caps

We manufacture hard plastic caps for food packaging. These are not intended for cars. We are an injection molding factory that produces various products. These product are made from PE material, which is food-safe. The cap may appear simple, but it requires high-quality standards.

●Seal Performance: The seal must be tight to prevent any leakage. We use precise molding and good design to ensure there are no leaks.

●Opening Torque: The opening torque must be just right. If it's too easy to open, it may leak; if it's too hard, it may frustrate consumers. We test the torque on every batch.

●Food Safety: We use food-grade PE material that meets all food safety regulations.

We have 34 years of injection molding experience, producing both automotive and food-related products. Our quality system is consistent across all product lines, and we hold the IATF16949 certification. This certification is for automotive parts, but we apply its rigorous process control to all our products. We perform first-piece inspections, patrol checks, and size/torque measurements. You are also welcome to send a third-party inspector to verify our goods.

Our factory covers 5,000 square meters and employs 80 workers. We have over 60 machines and a monthly capacity of 3 million shots. For hard plastic caps, this is a large-scale operation. We can produce several million caps per month. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, and we offer options for mixing colors and sizes.

You can provide us with a drawing or sample, and we will create a prototype within 50 days. Our R&D team will assist you in improving the seal and wall thickness. We have a dedicated representative for after-sales support.

If any caps are damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost for the lost quantity. Payment is required 100% in advance, but large orders are eligible for discounts.
