The Laser Cap

The laser cap uses low-power laser technology to stimulate the scalp. The wavelength is 650 ±8 nm, often referred to as the "golden wavelength," which allows it to penetrate the dermis layer of the scalp. The cap contains 120 laser diodes, each with a power of 5 mW, resulting in a total power output of 600 mW.

We conducted a test with 30 volunteers, who wore product for 18 minutes each day. After three months, 80% of users reported a reduction in hair loss, and 60% noticed small new hairs growing.

The laser cap is powered by a Type-C connection, so it has no built-in battery. This makes the cap very lightweight and comfortable to wear without putting strain on your head. The cap structure houses the 120 diodes evenly spaced inside.

Although the material of the cap is not specified, the workmanship is of high quality. We asked 10 people to wear the laser cap, and every one of them reported that the light reached all areas of the top of the head. No spots were too bright or too dark.

Maintaining a stable wavelength is crucial for effective treatment. We test each laser diode before it leaves the factory, ensuring the deviation remains within ±8 nm. The wavelength remains stable even with temperature fluctuations. While the working temperature range is not listed separately, based on our automotive standards, the cap performs well within a range of 0-40°C.

With 34 years of precision manufacturing experience, we create both the shell and internal holder for this laser cap using our own molds. The precision is high, with the position of each diode tolerating less than 0.1 mm of deviation. We've previously manufactured similar LED array parts for ChangAn, where every LED's position passed rigorous measurement.

This laser cap comes with a 1-year warranty, and we support both OEM and ODM. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 pieces, and you can mix colors or models within a single order. Sample lead time is approximately 50 days, and while free samples are available, the customer is responsible for the freight charges.
